DE-CIX Traffic disturbance

DE-CIX announced a maintenance window for today between 2026-10-14 21:00 UTC and 2026-10-15 04:00 UTC

Since this window is still within the peak evening hours, we did not disable RS sessions and direct sessions via DE-CIX.

The migration started at 11:15 PM CET and the BGP sessions were not shut down by DE-CIX beforehand.
This caused a short traffic drop.
