Between 06:20 PM and 08:40 PM, RETN had a network congestion which caused packet loss to certain destinations.
Once customers made us aware of this issue, we re routed traffic until the issue had been fixed on the RETN side.
RETN NOC informed us about maintenance on their end. Due to "human error", we didn't receive any info prior.
Our RETN sessions flapped around 12 minutes ago. We are in contact with RETN.
