We needed to perform an urgent emergency reboot of crswstck01-fr07.
We've seen "ghost" DDoS attacks the whole weekend. These were the results of duplicate packets that were transmitted at times, also causing disconnects.
It took a while to find the problem, but in the end we were able to track it down to the core switches. The PFEs(Packet forwarding engines) were in a state where they started to duplicate packets randomly, causing the already mentioned problems.
In addition, there was some problematic configuration that caused some more duplicate packets too.
